Delete your account

You can delete your Fixinone account at any time, from the app or from this page.

In the app

Settings → Profile → Delete account, then confirm with your password.

What is deleted

• Employee account: your login, name, email and phone. The shop's repairs and customers stay with the shop.
• Shop owner: the whole shop — all employees, repairs, customers, devices, stock, sales, expenses, photos, settings and the public shop page.

When

Access is closed immediately and all sessions are signed out. The data is permanently erased 30 days later. Until then you can change your mind by contacting support.

What we keep

Payment and invoice records of subscriptions are kept as long as tax law requires, without the shop's business data.
