Terms of Service

These terms apply to the use of Fixinone (the website, the web application and the apps). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them.

1. The Service

Fixinone is software for managing repair shops: repairs, customers, stock, sales, invoices, team and reports. We may improve, change or add features over time.

2. Your account

• You must give correct information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done with your account and your employees' accounts.
• The shop owner (admin) controls the employees, their permissions and the shop's data.
• You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for your business.

3. Trial and subscription

• New shops get a free trial. When it ends, a paid subscription is needed to keep using the Service.
• Plans, prices and features are shown on our website and may change; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.
• Subscriptions are purchased on our website. When a subscription ends and is not renewed, access is limited until it is renewed; your data is kept as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

4. Your data

The data you enter remains yours. You are responsible for having the right to store your customers' data and to contact them (for example by WhatsApp or SMS) according to the law that applies to you. We process this data only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service for illegal activity, to send spam, to store stolen devices' data knowingly, to attack or overload our systems, to copy or resell the Service, or to access other shops' data.

6. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and backed up, but we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance is announced in advance when possible.

7. Intellectual property

The software, design, logo and texts of Fixinone belong to us. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription.

8. Ending the Service

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or do not pay, after notice when possible.

9. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Fixinone is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or data loss caused by misuse, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms; important changes are announced in the Service. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
